Oh what to say about wee little Paulina. As my first newborn of 2013 she already holds a special place in my heart but as their first girl in my studio since July I was totally itching to use some of my new girly props. But then as she is also my newest niece, oh boy. Words do not even begin to describe how excited our family was to meet her so to also have the chance to photograph her and her amazing big sister was a treat I will always cherish. Both girls were perfect (even with my own “helping” along the way) and Paulina did not disappoint. She was sleepy and curly and had the best expressions. I know you’ll be seeing more of Paulina through the year as she grows. LOVE!

Oh how I missed newborn cuddles these past few weeks. I was so eager to get back in the studio and even more excited to meet baby Willem (who made his arrival just a little later than his new mom and dad had hoped for). He was as sweet as ever but totally not interested in sleeping. No matter what we tried. He just wanted to be snuggled and cuddled and to look at me. He was so curious it was amazing. And really those eyes could just melt anyone’s heart. {LOVE}
